With a Lifetime of Fabricating “The Best” Tin Lures
Always Honoring Charley Graves Memories & Designs.
Teaching & Mentoring many a Passionate Surfcaster,
And Dedicating Himself to maintaining the Art
And Preservation of Old School Tin Lures.
As Ralphie Said: “Plastic & Wood are Good,
But You Always Win with Tin”…….
Ralph was a Retired Proud Union Crane Operator,
A Highly Skilled & Stressful Trade.
As a fellow Tradesman working with Cranes,
Ralphie & I would always “Talk Shop”.
Ralph’s eyes would Always Lightup as we
Would Chat & Go Down Memory Lane.
Come Springtime when the Yellow Forsythia Bloom,
I will reach in my Surf Bag for a Your J7 Tin
And Cast Prospecting the Shoreline In Your Honor.
I Will Treasure Our Friendship,
Remember You Fondly & Our Time Shared.
