Concetta T. Leone, 82, of North Bellmore, NY, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2024. Concetta known to family and friends as Connie, was born on May 12, 1942 in Queens, NY. Connie leaves behind her beloved husband of 63 years, Salvatore J. Leone of Levittown, her children Joseph(Deborah), of Farmingdale, Salvatore (Dawn), of East Meadow, and Paul (Lisa), of West Islip. Connie is the proud grandmother to Robert, Christina, Vincent, Frankie and Madeline. Connie had a zest for life, always wanting to be surrounded by family and friends. Her unique and sometimes loud, but infectious laugh would make anyone in her presence smile and laugh with her. She loved to travel, whether a day trip to NYC, a long weekend in PA., or an extended trip in the U.S. or Europe. Connie was a very good cook and baker, preserving her Italian heritage by handing down her favorite cooking and baking recipes to her children from her mother.
