Rosalind was my friend, confidant, sister-in-law and the best storyteller ever. She traveled throughout the world bringing home her most amazing adventures to her family and friends. Her days in the Peace Corps brought her much happiness. She wanted to spend her retirement getting everthing started again. She was a remarkable woman. I will miss her so much. I love you my sister. May your journey to the King be full of memories, forgiveness and love. Peace and unspeakable joy to your soul, my sister. My condolences to the family.

I wish the entire Malloy family my deepest condolences. She walked the walk and talked the talk with an exceptulary career. Judge Malloy was exceptional example of what Black women can achieve.

I am saddened to learn of Roz' death. She and I were colleagues on the Immigration bench, and sometimes room mates at conferences of NAWJ & IAWJ (associations of women judges). I attended her investiture, which was held in Washington DC. I wondered why my holiday greeting card to her was returned undeliverable this season. Now I know. How sad. Condolences to the family. She will be missed.

I appeared before Judge Malloy as an attorney more times than I can count. But, my most lasting memory is that we were colleagues together for nearly 11.5 years. She was my next door neighbor as our chambers adjoined. We shared many good conversations about the law, but more importantly, about life - and growing up and around New York. My condolences to the family and know that I am a more enriched person for having shared time with Judge Malloy. May her memory be for a blessing. Honorable Steven Morley (ret.).

I am terribly saddened to hear of the death of judge Malloy. I appeared in front of her for nearly 20 years. I found her honest, caring, thoughtful and prudent throughout . She was an outstanding judge. As a person I found her delightful. I send her my deepest condolences.
