Longo – Edward J. of Merrick, NY passed away on July 18, 2023 at the age of 72. Devoted father of the late Thomas, Tracy, and Sharon. Loving grandfather of Jeannie, Justin, Michael, Eddie, Sammi, and Jenna. Adored son of the late Edward and the late Dorothy. Cherished brother of Bobby (Debbie), Susan, Debbie, Maria, and predeceased by Dori and Terry. Beloved uncle and cousin. Eddie was a true friend to all. Proud owner of Eddie’s Auto Body in Freeport. Edward was always the life of the party, cracking a joke or making a funny face. He spent most of his time on the water and fishing in his spare time. Family was the most important part of his life and we treasured every moment with him. He will remain in our hearts forever.
