Dear Connie & Family. First off on behalf of our entire team, please accept our deepest sympathies. We just wanted to let you know that our thoughts are with you and your family. We are wishing you and your family courage and peace during this time of mourning. Our hearts go out to you during this time of sorrow. I worked with Howard on the East Side Access Project. He was a wonderful co-worker. Always happy and a smile on his face. Great sense of humor. We were cell mates (sitting next to each other) for a few years. We often exchanged stories about our families. His love of his family, grandchildren, golfing, foot ball and of course camping. May he R.I.P. and his memory be eternal. Howard you will be missed!

I met Howie when I started working for Ebasco in the early 1980s. We worked in the same department for several years and had some of the same bosses. Howie was always game for a good time. I remember goofing around with him at our company fishing trips. He was always up for socializing and sharing happy hours with his coworkers. I always looked forward to seeing Howie at our Ebasco reunions. I will miss his infectious laugh and will forever miss his wonderful smile. Rest in peace, my friend. You are sorely missed.
