On Thursday, March 16, 2023, William J. Hoolahan III, a loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully in his home. He was eighty-nine. During the Korean War, he served in the Marine Corps, married Monica, the love of his life, and raised three children, Darcy, Lynn and William. Monica passed in 2012. William had many talents; he was a quick study and meticulously organized. Oil painting and architectural drafting are among them. His hobbies included reading History, poetry and detective novels, swimming and riding his bike. He was a master chef in the kitchen. A memorial mass will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 10 am at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church in Point Lookout.
