I met Fran about 20 years ago when I brought my car in for service. My experience dealing with Fran was unique. Fran was always willing to listen but more importantly helping to solve any problem. I consider myself lucky to have known you all these years. I will miss you. You are truly one of a kind. Rest in peace. Pat Naranjo

Where do I begin? I can say that Fran was one of the nicest and caring people that I have ever known, but that would be an understatement. Fran, without turning a wrench or screwdriver, was responsible for the longevity of all my cars over the 20 plus years that I knew her. She was that helpful and knowledgeable! I can still recall one summers day when my car broke down on the way up to Saratoga. While a local mechanic in Albany tried to fix the car, it still wasn't running right. So, I call my service station and Fran knew right away what the problem probably was and talked me all the way safely home. She was truly remarkable. Fran will be greatly missed by those who knew her down here, but heaven is fortunate in that it has gained an angel. Rest in Peace Fran. Bob E.

Met Fran 51 years ago, she lived across the street where we just moved. We laughed that we were 2 days apart..moved in on a horribly hot day summer of 1986, she was the only new neighbor to come across the street, introduce herself, and bring ice cold lemonade to cool us off. I'm so sorry to lose her, we had many wonderful conversations. Rest in peace beautiful lady..
