James H. Faucett, Jr. of Levittown, NY, passed away suddenly on December 13, 2022 at the age of 61. James was a great and kind man. He was always there to lend a helping hand. He had a gentleness in his smile that put you at ease. James was a proud and patriotic American. He joined the US Navy right after he graduated high school and served his country with honor. He found joy in nature, hunting and fishing with his nephews. Though we are devastated by his passing, we take comfort in picturing him in heaven, chasing his hyper-active rabbit, Stinky and his faithful dog Paulie. James was truly a great guy, and we will miss him with all our hearts. James is survived by his ever loving wife Sharon, his sister Cynthia Toohill, her husband, Bill, and his nephews Peter and Kevin. Family will receive friends Sunday, 2 pm – 4 pm and 6 pm – 9 pm, at the Charles J. O’Shea Funeral Homes, 603 Wantagh Avenue (Exit 28N SS PKYW) Wantagh, NY. Funeral Service to take place at 7 pm.
