Peter L. DeCarolis passed away peacefully on October 4, 2022, at the age of 89. Beloved husband of Eva, his bride for over 69 years. Devoted father of Diane, Lisa and Frank Tagariello. Loving grandfather of Melissa, Joseph, and Denise. Cherished brother of Louie, and his predeceased siblings Michael, and Elaine. Adored by many nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Peter built a successful insurance business and he and Eva owned and operated the Caravelle Resort in the Catskills. Family was his greatest treasure. He was larger than life and loved by all. He will be missed by all who knew him. Family will receive friends Friday, 2 pm – 4 pm and 7 pm – 9 pm, at the Charles J.
