MANCINI – Alfred M. “Mickey” of Wantagh, NY on September 11, 2022 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (nee Manning). Loving father of Gregory (Elizabeth) and Stacy Mallia (Jason). Cherished grandfather of Grace, Emilie, Alexandra, and Jax. Adored brother of William (Bernadette), Larry (Barbara), Peggy Alvarez (Phil), and the late Geraldine Quinn (William). Dearest brother-in-law of Patrick Manning (Beverly), Diane Lumetta (Vincent), Mary Prechtl (Bryan), Catherine Torborg (Steven), and the late Walter Manning. Treasured by cousins and as uncle to many nieces and nephews. Proud US Army Veteran and Life Member of the VFW Post 9592, Levittown. Long time Outdoor Repairman with Verizon and later, Chief Technician for IT at St. John’s University. Family will receive friends for a Celebration of Life Memorial Service on Thursday, 2 pm – 4 pm and 7 pm – 9 pm, at the Charles J. O’Shea Funeral Homes, 603 Wantagh Ave. (Exit 28N SS PKWY) Wantagh, NY 11793. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, 10 am, at St. Frances de Chantal R.C. Church.
