To all of the extended family and friends of Ralph R Franzese-we extend our deepest and warmest sympathies. He was such an amazing person, he made everyone richer just by having met him. A warm and cheerful smile always greeted us when we were with him. He was truly a "man's man." His love of family was unmatched, his children were precious to him, and his grandchildren and great grandchildren even more so. He had a zest for life that was so beautiful...and contagious. He was so easy to like, and to love. His legacy will live on through all who knew him. We will continue to embrace and to share the wonderful memories that he gave to our family. He will be missed, but never forgotten. A life well lived. Rest in peace good sir, you have earned your wings. -Chris and Barney Knorp and Family-

Our deepest condolences to the Franzese and extended families for the loss of Mr. Ralph “Pop” Franzese. Growing up with Ralph Jr. in North Bellmore, I was blessed to spend my childhood, adolescence and early adult years with the Franzese family and experienced first-hand the deep love Pop had for Mom Franzese and his children, Doreen, Diane and Ralph. He was so very proud of his family. Pop was everywhere; Pop drove us everywhere; attended every athletic event, always present. He was a respected fixture in the community and a father figure, mentor and friend for all that were privileged to know him. I know I was so fortunate to be the recipient of his guidance, wisdom and humor over the years, and will forever treasure with great fondness and love, my memories of him. There was no man with greater integrity than Pop. He was the greatest of men, a true American hero, wonderful husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. May his sole rest in peace.
