BURK – Ronald G., of Islip Terrace, NY, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2022, at the age of 85. Loving husband of over 57 years to Veronica. Proud father to Jerry (Kellie), Lorraine (Paul), Tom (Dawn), and the late Kathleen. Amazing and cherished grandfather (“Pop Pop”) of seven and great grandfather of six. Dear brother of Arthur, Eileen, Jack, and the late Dennis. Retired electrical engineer from Grumman Corporation with degrees from Power Memorial Academy in New York, NY, Manhattan College, Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, and New York University (NYU). He, along with Veronica, raised their family in East Islip, NY and spent many amazing years in Southold, NY where they welcomed family and friends. No one ever had a bad time at the Burk’s. A truly great person who will be missed but forever remembered and celebrated.
