Wishing you comfort and peace during this difficult time. Joes smile lit up every room. He was caring, giving and compassionate. He went the extra mile to help every person at the Oceanside Library. I worked with Joe for years. We shared our rock n roll concerts and events. He had a great love for music. He was a truly genuine person. My condolences to his family. May you find peace and comfort knowing you are all he talked about at the Reference Desk.

I’m glad I decided to come up for Christmas this year. We got to spend a fun night with the family. I will always remember and now miss the best puns and dad jokes ever told. You raised 2 fantastic young men and made my sister so happy. I’m so thankful you blessed our lives.

You are now with God in eternal peace, but this world wasn't prepared or ready for your departure. So many people are broken-hearted for you, Julie, and the boys. While we haven't seen each other in many years, I LOVED staying in touch with you through our annual Christmas card exchange, a practice we've kept up for decades. There are no words...sending my deepest condolences to Julie and the twins. Joe was simply the best. It was a pleasure working with him early in his career at East Meadow Public Library. He will never be forgotten.

In loving memory of Joey. My heart is broken because I lost a son. My life has always been an airport. People are constantly coming and going, arriving and departing. And, the good always leaving too soon. Thanks for the many ways you, your Mom, your Dad, and Anthony showed your love for my family. You have been and always will be a good friend to Vincent.
