Uns allen ist die Zeit zu gehen bestimmt. Wie ein Blatt getragen vom Wind Gehst du zum Ursprung zurück als Kind. Weil dein Herz aufhört zu schlagen und du den Engeln fliegst. Here is how our family would describe Ingrid: A great story teller, fun to be around, passionate, honest and loving. We thought she also had a bit of a sixth sense because she predicted Shannon would get married to her now husband Joe the very first time she met him. Ingrid always had nice things to say to us whenever we would see her, whether it be at Annett’s house, or around the neighborhood(KK or shops at Cherrywood). She made the very best deviled eggs! Ingrid was always so stylish and friendly to all. She had amazing stories to share with us from her childhood in Germany during the war to her arrival in America . She had a great sense of humor too. She will be missed.

Ingrid put a smile on my face every time I saw her! Gregarious, full of life, she marched to the beat of her own drum. Whether it was surprising my mother-in-law for her birthday with a harmonica performance or giving us a fashion show a few times a day, Ingrid was always there to engage and connect with others. We didn’t know her as closely as some, but she will be dearly missed. Rest In Peace.

Inga, thanks for all the laughs and lessons. I really do remember vividly all the fun we’ve had with you. I remember the time we went bike riding, the time we went out looking for your cat all over Hollywood, the first time I’ve ever learned about the holocaust while we were outside eating ice cream while watching Alex and my grandpa play chess, those times we danced around in funny hats or hearing about your model days. Now, you will reunite with my grandpa again. Give him a hug and a kiss for me. P.S. I couldn’t upload the video so I did my best to take a pictures. They tell 1000 words.
