Madeline R. Soukup life long resident of East Islip passed away on September 25, 2021 in her 94 year. Beloved wife of the late William J. Soukup. Loving mother of William G. Soukup (Donna), James Soukup (Kathleen), Donna Macaluso (Anthony), Patricia Palmeri and the late Wayne Soukup. Cherished grandmother of six.
