Dear Papa. You were a one of kind father and I will always cherish all the memories I have of you. I could write for hours of all the wonderful times we had together. You were always the strongest man I knew, able to fix anything and everything, most of which I probably took apart out of curiosity. You were called home by Mutti who patiently waited 5 years for you and now is standing by your side watching over us. I will always miss you and will continue our tradition of having an occasional Brandy together. Well as you would always say,”Always remember I love you and be safe”. -Pete

Erich also known as “Papa” was a second father to me. I will treasure all the great memories that I have. I admired how strong and hard working you always were. Thanks for all your great advise throughout the years. Now you are with the love of your life “Mutti” which brings great comfort. Love you so much

Loved "Mr. D"...First met him in 1985/1986---(Reminded me of my father)-We made an instant connection that never faded...Always looked forward to time spent with him...Mr. D. was in a very small group of people that helped shape my life. On more than a handful of occasions, I sought out his advice as I found him to be tremendously interesting and insightful (Also wasn't one too hold much back...lol...Truly a man that said what he meant, and meant what he said...So that added a little bit of fun to the conversation :)...Love you forever Mr. D.---God speed to the loving arms of your Gretel. Love, Don
My family: "Mr. And Mrs. D" welcomed me into their family immediately upon our first meeting over 35 years ago, and then my future wife in 1987, and then our children as they came along----They were both truly amazing people that we genuinely loved, and looked forward to seeing! Once again-The only positive for us is knowing that the two of them have been reunited.
Love to Pete, Kim, and the girls.
The Greening Family.
