Obituary

Nancy Malinowski, 74 of East Meadow, NY (formerly Seaford) passed away on November 7, 2020 from ALS. Devoted mother of Linda Miklencic (Craig), Stephen Malinowski and Michael Malinowski (Kerrin). Cherished grandmother of Chrissy, Tommy, John, Aidan, Erin and Colin. Predeceased by her beloved husband Thomas Malinowski and parents Henry and Dorothea Blass. Loving sister to Robert Blass, Cathy Hensley, Marie Lombardo and Betty Elder. Nancy was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. After retiring from the Seaford school district, she enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, playing golf and spending the winters in Barefoot Bay, FL. Since the 1980s Nancy was an avid Mah Jongg player, enjoying the game with many different groups of friends over the years. Family will receive friends Monday 2-4 and 6-9 at the Charles O’Shea Funeral Home in East Meadow. Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday at 9:45 at St Raphael Catholic Church. Burial at St Charles cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Long Island chapter of the ALS Association. http://als-ny.org/
