Thank you Matty for putting up with me and my mom for all those years. Both you and Carol were role models, a safe place, parents, therapists and so much more to me when I needed it. I will never forget you not happy about taking Lori to drive on the parkway and the morning I woke her up out of a deep sleep to go do it (a Saturday morning). I'll always remember you Carol and your friends going to the Jones Beach boardwalk and walking and playing games. Your never ending love and patience and care of Carol was amazing. I recall the one time we strolled in at 4 am and I heard you yell. That one time I heard you yell. You accepted me with my flaws and put up with me. You were a father role model. You proudly served our country and continued with the reserves. You will be greatly missed and your kindness will be missed as well. Please give Carol hugs from me and Maria in heaven. Please take her to the beach and have fun with her.
