I'm saddened to hear about Lotte's passing. My Mom Frances Weiner Mouton has lived next-door to the Hatzelman's since the 1930's. I've heard wonderful stories of Mr. Hatzelman and my Grandfather helping each other build their homes on Elgin ave.
My mom still lives in the house my grandfather built. Lotte and my mom were very good neighbors. Lotte would cut through her backyard to visit my Mom. There are lots of other fond memories. She will be missed. May she rest in peace.
