I am so sorry to hear our dear, sweet Mrs. Gibney has passed. She is a fixture in my childhood memories, living across the street from us growing up her house always felt like home to me, a welcoming and safe place to be as a kid. And I too want to mention the couch and pistachio ice cream! Mrs. Gibney was a close, life long friend to my mother Mary Novy. So much so that she and my mother gave birth to Debbie and me on the same day in the same hospital, Debbie being the older of us two by 4 hours, let's keep the record straight.
Mrs. Gibney will live on in my heart and memories and on behalf of my mother and my family, my condolences and God's blessings to all on the loss of this loved one.
