I was so saddened to hear of Evelyn’s passing. My memories and my families go back to our days at 795 East 160th Street in the Bronx, over 70 years ago. Always think of those days with loving memories of Monchita and Leyo, your grandparents. Evelyn was an exceptional, caring, loving daughter, parent, cousin and friend. From her days at Pan American, and the other work experiences throughout her journey, she embraced them with a passion to do her best. We kept in touch throughout the years and once visiting Miami she. Sonia, Efrain and Evelyn spend an afternoon at our house swimming in our pool. Rest In Peace and know that you are loved and remembered by many others. I heard from the family that her upcoming birthday was celebrated before she passed. What a blessing to have those moments with her children, grandchildren, great grand and family. Our sincere condolences and prayers are with the family.
