Barbara A. Gaffney (nee Hutton) of Levittown, NY, formerly of Brooklyn, NY died peacefully, Thursday, May 2, 2019. She was born in Brooklyn in 1931 to George and Josephine Hutton of Marine Park. She married Joseph L. Gaffney, Jr. (Deceased) in 1955 and was a beloved mother to Deborah DeCarlo (Peter), Mary Jo Flem (Robert), and Barbara Jean Gaffney. Grandmother to Laura DeCarlo Albert (John), Lianne DeCarlo, Robert Flem and Ryan Flem and new great grandmother to John Peter Albert. She was a beloved aunt to many especially Jeanne Banahan Miller. She was pre-deceased by her beloved sister Margaret Hutton Banahan. She love d to bowl and was on many leagues on Levittown and Brooklyn. She enjoyed playing cards with her many friends. Above all, family was everything to her and she will be greatly missed by all.
