Holly, Mom and I talked about Jim's life. He was a good man. Mom said she was proud of him. We both thank you for loving him and making him happy.
You have been so strong. I have not met anyone like you.
Yes Jim loved the ocean...He also had said many times...he loved you more.

You will always be 'Jimmy' to me. Little brother with a big heart.I remember when you were only three years old and I was ten... you kept opening the front door of our house and attempting to run down the block. I remember putting a harness on you and attaching a 10 foot rope so I could tie it around the oil pipe in the front yard. I thought I was so smart. Now you could be outside and not run away. Well you showed me up by going over to the pipe and lifting the rope off it....and of course ran down the block. You were so smart! There is a song lyric which describes your soul. ' I know my home.. where the ocean meets the sky..I'll be sailing' Love Always, Barbara

Jimmy, they say a bad day on the water is better than the best day anywhere. I wouldn’t know, we never had a bad day on the water. You will always be with me on the water. Best days ever with you Holly & Kevin. Thank you ❤️

Jim, my heart aches knowing we are no longer together. While I feel that half my heart is missing, and I agonized over the pain you had to endure while battling this horrible disease, I am grateful that we had so many years together that others found inspiring. I will always love you and will find solace in the fact that we had so many great memories together. The pain of losing you will go in time, but my love never will. I will never forget you calling my name over and over and telling me you loved me with your last breath. You are no longer in pain and that helps me as you had suffered so these last years. I will never forget you and will keep you in my heart until we meet again. Feel free to give me signs you are still thinking of me as you said you would be with me in heart and in spirit....

Jim, I will always remember our chilhood memories; Playing race cars on the Aura Race Tracks upstairs in the big bedroom for hours. Gluing together model sport cars on Mom kitchen table. Watching the Indy 500 in the little room. Playing baseball and Wiffleball and Wiffle ball continued to our Adulthood. The best memories are with you and Holly on the first boat of many hours fishing, with many years to come riding on the South Sound Shore, and hours anchored at Gilgo. My hearfelt sadness to you Holly and may time heal your broken heart. I love you very much, always.
