One of my fondest childhood memories was going to Aunt Marie’s for Christmas Eve. I would look forward to it every year. Needless to say what an amazing cook she was. I’m sure you and my grandparents are having a grand ol’ time in Heaven as we speak :) I will always love and miss you Aunt Marie.

I remember when Aunt Marie and Uncle Sal first married, how crazy she was for him! She just thought he was the most handsome man she had ever seen and she smiled from ear to ear that she was his girl. I remember their first apartment together in Brooklyn and how much fun they had with Salvatore as a baby. She’d hold him up by his foot and he loved it! Best cook ever! She prayed so hard for me through some difficulties. Praying for you now, Aunt Mary. Rest in peace.
