Uncle Joe as we fondly refer to him was a true NY Yankee fan and American patriot. From SUNY Cortland days of telling us "you girls need to..." to "that bum of a baseball player" to "you had these guys in the service" stories---he always made us laugh.
Chuck and I will always remember when we visited him on Veteran's Day what an honor it was to listen to his stories and be in the presence of someone who truly believed in and served this country. God bless you Uncle Joe and rest in peace. We will always be grateful for all you have done for our family on so many levels over many many years.
