My name is Danny: a friend of sal mancuso from the 24 fitness Gym. I know sal for a few years and to be honest there’s not one day that sal did not mention his father and his condition. I could see his pain and love and devotion at the same time. He always leaves the gym early to be with his dad especially the last few weeks . I feel your pain and lost but I know he was a good men and will be in a better place that our lord has for him. May his soul Rest In Peace...

Uncle Frank you will be missed by everyone whose lives you have touched. Forgive me for not being able to get to Long Island-but my heart is with you and the entire family. One memory I will never forget is that you were the first person I woke up to after dad's kidney surgery. You were there smiling with ice chips. You also taught me about saving my quarters!!! I can only hope my two bosy turn out to be half the man, father, grandfather and friend you were. I love you and will miss you and will carry fond memories of you always. Amy Elyse

Uncle Frank died the way he lived, in his house with his favorite people by his side. He realized he had a lucky life and wanted to share for as long as he could. Aaron and Jared were fortunate to share these past holidays with Uncle Frank in a spirit of joy and generosity. They like so many others will retain these treasured memories and example of a good life. May they act as a balm to those grieving.

My Uncle Frank was one of the kindest, most generous people I have ever met. I never saw him angry. He never yelled. His house was always open to every kid on the block, and he supplied all the children on 79th St with cone after cone when Mister Softee’s truck drove down our street. The example he set of what it means to be a father- to sacrifice, to give, to place others’ needs before your own- is an inspiration to me and to all the young men who lived on 79th street and now have children of our own. May he Rest In Peace.
