I remember Mrs. M., later Gram , as a feisty lady with a great sense of humor. She had an infectious laugh, and never missed a nuance - she changed with the times of my generation. She and Mr. M. were members of the greatest generation, who knew what sacrifice for their family meant. So much of her personality is evidenced in her daughter, Pat. We friends have always benefited from it. This was her legacy- a wonderful daughter, grandchildren, and great grandchildren who will be very special people if they inherit some of her generous qualities.
