I first met Andy when I moved to Park Row twenty five years ago. He was one of the very first people I met in my new neighborhood. After seeing him several days out walking his happy, fluffy white dog we finally met at out respective mailboxes. Although there have been other dogs since that time, it is the memory of Andy walking Princess that brings a smile to my face. He was a wonderful man who did so much for this community. He will be greatly missed. My heart goes out to his family and friends. You are in my thoughts during this time of profound sorrow.
