Franz, Joseph F. of Levittown, formerly of Valley Stream, passed away November 18 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of the late Virginia. Loving Father of Cindy Franz ( John Riggio). Adored grandfather of Cassandra, Veronica and John Riggio. Cherished brother of John. Family will receive friends Tuesday 9:00-12:00 pm at the Charles J. O’Shea Funeral Home 603 Wantagh Ave. (Exit 28N SS PKWY) Wantagh, NY; where a Religious Service will be celebrated in his honor at 12:00pm.  Interment to follow at Greenfield Cemetery, Uniondale, NY.
