It has been awhile since I have seen my Aunt but I spoke to her at least twice a month. Sad how quickly life passes us by. We always think we have tomorrow. My memory of her is the zest she had for cooking. She loved to cook and enjoyed sharing her recipes with others. She was a fiesty woman that will be missed. I am sure she is in a better place now that she is reunited with her husband Frank. I can see Emma, Frank, Emma's sister Mildred and her brother my dad William Klatt all hanging out. Emma was a very involved parishioner to her church and I remember her telling me stories of working the thrift shop, gardening and going on day trips with her church. May she Rest In Peace
