I heard through the construction industry that truly one of most kindest and decent people I have ever worked with passed away I worked with Bill at ICON in 2008-2009 as another seasoned professional, Bill had an inner ease about him that I truly wish I had..... I am so saddened by bills passing. I considered "billy boy" a dear friend. I was a subcontractor of his. He called me tony boy and i called him billy boy. He was the fairest best general contractor i ever worked with in my 40 yrs experience. In the past 2 weeks i met with him 2x as he just awarded me a new project. He always had a sense of humor and for example. Last time i saw him 10 days ago i asked him to have a lunch date.... His answer... " tony i have to do business with you . lunch no way" we often spoke about old classic movies and both loved spencer tracy and the oldies. He will be sorely missed. He was one of a kind.

Bill for the time that I've worked with you at MBI was a great honor. Thank you for your respect, generosity and your care. Thank you for also introducing me to Jill and your family. Thank you for the knowledge that you've given me. Most of all I'm thankful that I had the opportunity to work with you, know you and have you as a friend. Mr McGrath, you don't know me, but for years I visited your house at Christmas and I couldn't wait to being my family and all my friends to see the xmas spectacular...
