Sandy was an exceptionally hard-working, masterful, and competent employee at Timber Point Elementary School in East Islip. She was a human dynamo, never resting or resisting any challenge that came her way. I never met anyone who could match her sheer energy and effort. With an ever-present smile and positive nature, Sandy thoroughly enjoyed every minute of every day among the little ones. The loss to one and all---to the Timber Point family---is immeasurable. I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her and witness her abundant gifts on a daily basis.
My sincere condolences go out to her family and friends.
