Judge, James J., age 89, died in Yanceyville N.C. on July 13, 2016. He formerly resided in East Hampton, N.Y. and Garden City, N.Y. He was preceded in death by sons Paul and Peter. He is survived by 5 children - Jim, Jr. (Carol), Geoffrey, Jonathan, Sheila and Janet. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Served for many years in the public relations field in both private and governmental sectors. He was also actively involved with the local Merchant Marine Veterans organization. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. at the O'Shea Funeral Home, Wantagh Avenue, Wantagh, N.Y. (exit 28 N SS Pkwy) on Thursday, July 21nd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 22, at St. Martin of Tours Church, Bethpage, NY at 10 a.m. with burial to follow in St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale, N.Y.
