Mr. Norr was born July 10, 1937 in Philadelphia, PA. He is the son of the late Karl and the late Olga (Winnick) Norr. He served in the Army from 6/28/1956 to 6/18/1959 and awarded the Good Conduct Medal. He was employed by 45 Sutton Pl, Manhattan, NY as a Superintendent . Devoted father of Raymond (Mary), Karina Norr-McPhillips (Michael) and Peter (Svetlana). Proud grandfather of Ceili, Megan, Liam, Kieran, Danielle, Bridgitte, Gregory, Michael, and James.
