Mrs. Fabig was born August 27, 1927 in Braunsberg, Germany. She is the daughter of the late Heinrich and the late Frieda (Moehrke) Thal. Beloved wife of the late Guenther. Devoted mother of Ursula DeGennaro (Michael), Wolfgang (Barbara), Bernie (Terese), Helga Verdicchio (Joe) and Angela Pike (Gary). Proud grandmother of 18. The Funeral Service to celebrate her life will be held 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Ascension Lutheran Church, 33 Bay Shore Rd., Deer Park, NY with interment to follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale, NY.
