Mr. Caputo was born July 23, 1930 in Mola De Bari, Italy. He is the son of the late Carlo and the late Maria (Susca) Caputo. Beloved husband of Frances. Devoted father of Maria and Angela Rufer (late Robert). Visitation hours will be Tuesday & Wednesday, 2 - 5 & 7 - 9 pm at the Charles J. O'Shea Funeral Homes, Inc., 603 Wantagh Ave., Wantagh, NY. A Mass of Christian burial to celebrate his life will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at St. Frances De Chantal Church, 1309 Wantagh Avenue, Wantagh, NY with interment to follow in Trinity Cemetery, Amityville, NY.
