Mr. Kossack was born November 1, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late Arthur and the late Annie (Dillmann) Kossack. He married Judith Kassack. He was predeceased by his wife, Judith Kassack in 2003. He was employed by Nassau County Parks And Recreation-East Meadow, NY as a Supervisor. He is survived by his Daughter & Son In Law, Lynne (Thomas) McDevitt of Levittown, NY; Son & Daughter In Law, Erick (Thalia) Kossack; Son & Daughter In Law, Richard (Karen) Kossack; 5 grandchildren and great grandchild. Visitation hours will be Wednesday, November 11 from 2 - 5 & 7 - 9 pm at Charles J. O'Shea Funeral Homes, 2515 N. Jerusalem Rd., East Meadow, NY.
