Mrs. Kostelak was born March 20, 1921 in Yugoslavia. She is the daughter of the late Samuel and the late Amelia (Zarak) Stegich. Beloved wife of the late Victor Kostelak. Loving aunt of Janice A. Bernichon of East Islip, NY. She was employed by Hilton Hotel Corp. Manhattan, NY as a Purchasing Director. Visitation hours will be Tuesday, November 3 from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm at Albrecht, Bruno & O'Shea Funeral Homes, 62 Carleton Ave, East Islip, NY. A Mass of Christian burial to celebrate her life will be held 10:45 am on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at St. Mary Church, 20 Harrison Avenue, East Islip, NY with interment to follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale,
