LANE - Robert S. Esq passed away peacefully on August 16, 2015 at home surrounded by his family. Proud father of Jordan, Taylor, Devon, and Dylan. Beloved son of John and Sandra. Loving brother of Darren (Sherry). Adored uncle of Nick and Tim. Graduated from Levittown Memorial HS in 1980. Graduated Hofstra University in 1984 and New York Law School in 1988. Rob was a long time prosecutor for Hudson County and Morris County, NJ. From there he founded a successful private practice. Rob leaves behind his many aunts, uncles, and cousins, along with countless friends. He enjoyed a wonderful life and he will be missed by many. Family will receive friends Wednesday, 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm, at the Charles J. O'Shea Funeral Home, 603 Wantagh Ave. (Exit 28N SS PKWY) Wantagh, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, 10 am, at St. Bernard's R.C. Church. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations in his memory to Robert S.
