Robert O. Francke, 89, died June 6, 2015 from advanced Parkinson's disease in the Paul Spring Retirement Community, Alexandria, VA. Bob, born in Brooklyn, NY, had 5 brothers and sisters. He spent the majority of his life living in the New York area and had a varied career. He spent a few years as an investment analyst on Wall Street, owned several businesses including a candy store and retired from teaching at BOCES on Long Island, NY. His interests were varied from fishing and boating to building his own home with his brother but most of all he enjoyed interacting with people. He was also very active in the Catholic parishes in the towns in which he lived his entire life. He married his childhood sweetheart Catherine in 1993 and lived in Riverhead, NY for several years before moving to Alexandria, VA nine years ago. He is survived by his step-sons Francis, Peter, Eddie, and Tommy, his sister Elizabeth, numerous nieces and nephews, and devoted friends. Predeceased by his cherished siblings Arlene, Joan, Henry, and Adrienne. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Charles J.
