Patrick J. Cook, long time resident of Wantagh, New York, was born March 27th, 1954 in Amityville. After over 20 years of service, Patrick recently retired from the New York City Department of Sanitation. In 1991, Patrick married Ursula the love of his life and together they enjoyed spending time on their boat, at the American Legion, and vacationing with friends. He is survived by daughters Kimberly and Crystal, his brother Edward Cook, and wife Faith, his nieces, nephews, and 2 grandsons. He will be missed by many. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory of Patrick J. Cook to the Wounded Warrior Project or the American Diabetes Association.
