The best memory I have of my Uncle is one he wasn't even there for. When I was a kid, around 7, and we use to visit Grandma and Grandpa I would go to my uncles room and snoop around his stuff. I would look through and play his Meatloaf records.....Dashboard lights and Bat Out of Hell of course and stare at the cover art of that record....a winged creature on a motorcycle coming out of the ground. I would look at the models he had of various motorcycles that were either built or in the process of being built. I would go through his closet and come across some of his Army stuff, and I would think wow this is one of the coolest Uncles ever!!!! and he was.
