EGAN – Joan C. formerly of East Meadow, NY on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Raymond. Loving mother of Janice Ward and Kathy Egan (the late Danny Savini). Cherished grandmother of Jill (John) and Lyndsay (Sean). Proud great-grandmother of Liana, Jenna, Nicole, and Allison. Adored sister of Arlene Coccia and her family. Family will receive friends Monday, 4 pm – 8 pm, at the Charles J. O’Shea Funeral Homes, 603 Wantagh Ave. (Exit 28N SS PKWY) Wantagh, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, 10 am, at St. Frances de Chantal R.C. Church in Wantagh, NY. Interment to follow at Holy Rood Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers donations can be made in her memory to Hagedorn Little Village School 750 Hicksville Rd, Seaford, NY 11783 (516) 520-6000.
