Rose M. Rizzacasa, of North Bellmore, New York, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. A devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Rose lived a life full of love, warmth, and strength. Rose’s greatest joy in life was her family—especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who lovingly called her “Gigi.” She was known for her kindness, quick wit, and the unwavering love she gave to everyone around her. She had a vibrant spirit and a love for life. Rose enjoyed dancing, going on cruises, and trying her luck at the craps table and the penny slots. She cherished time spent with family, whether traveling or simply sitting around the table sharing stories. Her laughter, energy, and ability to make every moment feel special will never be forgotten. Beloved daughter of the late John and Carmela Capriola. She is survived by her loving children: Joseph, John (Beth), and Maria (Patsy); her cherished grandchildren: Jackie, Joseph, Michelle (Michael), Jennifer, and Christine(Joe); her adored great-granddaughters, Giovanna and Isabella, and loving brother Anthony (Josephine) Capriola. Her family was her world, and her legacy of love and joy will live on through them. Rose’s life was a beautiful example of devotion, joy, and strength. While her absence leaves a deep void, her memory will continue to guide and comfort those who loved her. She will be forever missed and always in our hearts.
