John T. O'Brien passed away suddenly on April 26, 2025, in East Meadow, New York, at the age of 56. Born on February 3, 1969, John was a devoted son, father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend whose presence brought warmth to those around him. He is survived by his mother, Marie, his daughters, Meghan (Paul) and Tara (Sal) and his cherished granddaughter, Charlie. John also leaves behind his partner, Judy Daversa; his siblings Eileen (John), Kerri (Ralph), Maureen, William (Colleen) and many nieces and nephews. John had a deep passion for fitness and embraced an active lifestyle that inspired many who knew him. His dedication to health and well-being was just one of the many ways he expressed care for himself and others. Those who knew John will remember him for the love he shared with his family and friends. He will also be fondly remembered for his sense of humor and his ability to make people laugh. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to be part of his life. He now rests peacefully in Heaven alongside his father, Bill. May his memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved him.
