Obituary

Pierre Beirouti of Wantagh, NY, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2020, at the age of 74. After several years of declining health, Pierre died peacefully. Pierre was born in Aleppo, Syria to Joseph and Juliette Beyrouty. He studied religion and the Latin language in the monastery in Jerusalem before immigrating to the United States in the late 1960's. He worked at several jobs while learning English at night. He earned his Bachelor of Science from St Francis College in Brooklyn in the 1980's. His true loves were his family, vacationing on cruises, studying religion in bible study class and managing his property in Brooklyn. Beloved husband of Mary. Loving father of James, Tammy, Michelle (Ralph), and Teresa. Proud grandfather of Tyler, Emily, Julianna, Jenevieve, Josselin, Liliana and Luca. Private services will be held at O'Shea Funeral Home in Wantagh with burial at St. Charles Cemetery.
