Bruce stood a giant amongst men and for the past 8 years I have had the pleasure to work alongside him. I will miss those snazzy ties, his quick wit, a catchy ditty, and "Good Morning 210". Aviation was in his blood, his mind a steel trap. One conversation with Bruce left you enriched in things inside and outside of the world of aviation. He possessed a giant heart and a sincere interest in people. Brucie didn't forget a birthday, he'd keep you feed, and made a cold, hectic office feel a little like home. His devotion to his family was unfailing and when he spoke of them his eyes always would light up, followed by his signature smile. You all are in my prayers. We are a better organization and I am a better man because of Bruce Honig. His mission accomplished, Bruce Honig's 747 has blocked into heaven to a water cannon salute. Rest in Peace Cousin Brucie.
Bruce always had a kind word or a witty comment. You walk away feeling good despite having a hectic day. I spent much time talking to him about family and grandchildren. I will truly miss him.
I was an honor to work with Bruce. Loved hearing his aviation stories and his Pan AM days. We talked about the the nostalgic passenger trains in the US and their excursions they offer. My Next train excursion trip i'll be thinking of you Bruce. Rest In Peace.
Let it shine. Let the memories of You shine in our thoughts that you may not be forgotten, that you may be remembered for the kindness and goodness you left us. Shine Uncle Bruce! Shine!!
