Loving stepmother of Monica Guerrini (Ralph) and the late Ronald Modik. Cherished grandmother of Samantha, Brittney, Ronnie, and Michael. Death sister of Irene Donald ( Rudy), Alan Lloyd (late Lynn) and Eddie. She was employed by Hollis Wood Hospital, Jamaica, NY as a Computer Operator. Visitation hours will be Tuesday, November 17 from 2 - 5 & 7 - 9 pm at Charles J. O'Shea Funeral Homes, Inc., 603 Wantagh Ave., Wantagh, NY. The Funeral Service to celebrate her life will be held 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at the funeral home. Cremation private.
